As part of the strengthening of the principle of administrative transparency and the guarantee of citizens' right to access to information and the activities of public bodies, law 22 of the year 2016 on the right of access to information and containing procedures and mechanisms on this subject.
Each public organism is obliged to publish on its website multiple administrative data and documents, in addition to allowing any natural person or legal entity access to the administrative documents not concerned with the publication through printed forms prepared for this purpose.
According to the law 22 of the year 2016, the municipality of Moknine publishes the documents and the data in order to ensure their access by the citizens.
